Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Speech Pathologist to join our team, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to design and deliver individualised therapy plans that promote optimal outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive therapy plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and tailored to the needs of each participant
  • Deliver high-quality therapy sessions, fostering participant engagement and motivation while ensuring effective communication with other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organisational and professional standards
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care and enhance participant outcomes

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Degree in Speech Pathology
  • Experience: 18+ months of clinical experience
  • Licence: Valid full driver's license
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
