GP Practice Manager and Quality Lead

Finegreen is seeking an experienced Practice Manager who has also worked on Quality and Governance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, with knowledge of the EMIS system, Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF), and experience working with GP practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Director of Quality and Governance to enhance the existing quality management system and ensure compliance with CQC standards and legislative requirements.
- Work with Registered Managers to introduce annual quality improvement plans and lead on preparedness for regulatory and statutory duties.
- Manage the quality management software and contribute to risk management processes to ensure appropriate risks are highlighted and mitigated.
- Master's level or equivalent level of relevant quality management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of quality management reporting systems and the NHS Primary Care agenda.
- Evidenced knowledge of EMIS system, Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF), and experience working with GP practices.
