Job Title: Laboratory Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Analyst to join our team at Finning (UK) Ltd. As a Laboratory Analyst, you will be responsible for performing detailed analysis on oil, fuel, and coolant samples using various techniques such as wet chemistry, GC, FTIR, ICP-OES, XRF, and particle counters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform analyses on batches of oil, fuel, and coolant samples.
  • Investigate and implement new laboratory process improvements.
  • Accurately enter sample data and results into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
  • Write and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to GLP standards.

Requirements: Relevant industrial laboratory experience or a qualification in a scientific discipline. Strong analytical skills and experience in various laboratory techniques and equipment.
