We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Sales Team in London. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers within the UK, assessing their relevance to Planday, and passing them on to our Account Executive Team.
Your primary objective will be to identify potential customer needs and communicate the value of our solution. Your key responsibilities will include lead generation, prospecting, qualification of new prospects, and booking meetings with potential new customers.
You will work closely with our Go To Market team to craft messaging that resonates with our audience and maintain a positive mindset as an adaptable team player. We're looking for colleagues with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
Requirements include professional fluency in English, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also have the ability to quickly understand customer needs and provide solutions accordingly, and be proactive, flexible, and curious with a can-do attitude.
