About the Role:
Niche Employment Solutions Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join their sales team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within your allocated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field sales visits to potential clients to understand their business needs and preferences.
- Cold call new business to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Convert appointments into sales by presenting and promoting company products and services to prospects.
- Negotiate and close sales on the day by building rapport with customers and addressing their concerns.
- Travel within your allocated territory to meet with clients and prospects.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Territory Sales or a related field.
- Cold calling experience and a proven track record of generating leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Strong objection handling skills to address customer concerns and close sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
