About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide administrative and PA support to our management team and wider team in a timely and efficient manner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and scheduling appointments for the MSC Business IT Team, assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, and performing clerical duties such as reporting on IT assets and monitoring compliance with Cyber Essential.

Additionally, the candidate will assist with invoice allocation and Purchase Order requests for payment of invoices, and will be required to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in an Admin Support role or related field, and will be proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

We are looking for an adaptable and analytical individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills, who is able to work effectively in a team environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in the following areas:
