What We Expect
  • Deliver exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, serving drinks, and handling payments.
  • Meet our site standards of service and work collaboratively with the team to achieve a great guest experience.
  • Develop a good understanding of serving coffees, alcohol, and wine in both bar and restaurant environments.
  • Be willing to participate in opening and closing shifts, including weekends and bank holidays on a pro-rata basis.
  • Commit to ongoing development through in-house and external training sessions.
