Key Responsibilities:


As a Development Funding Relationship Manager at Together Financial Services Limited, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Development Funding clients. This will involve monitoring ongoing progress, assessing stage drawdowns, and monitoring exit strategies for live projects. You will also act as a Relationship Manager for existing clients, developing client relationships to leverage and assess additional lending opportunities.


Main Objectives:



  • Manage a portfolio of development funding customers, including regular visits and consistent contact on a rolling programme
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a view to leveraging additional lending opportunities and providing an initial assessment and structuring of these
  • Assess and process stage drawdowns upon receipt of the required professional certification within agreed SLAs
  • Act as a high-level point of contact for customers with issues or concerns and provide appropriate solutions and strategies for the benefit of the business
  • Stay up-to-date with market conditions to review and realign strategies as needed

Requirements:



  • Experience in Property Development or Development Funding, either in a Relationship Management, Underwriting, or Lending Manager type role
  • Technical knowledge of property development
  • Ability to assess and structure a development funding proposal
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
