Main Responsibilities:
  • Report directly to the Department Director
  • Provide professional, proactive advice and support to clients
  • Assist with casework, including dealing with a range of Clinical Negligence cases
  • Attend clients, take instructions, and prepare cases
  • Deal with correspondence and manage a challenging caseload
  • Prepare draft documents, including witness statements and process evidence
  • Attend conferences and court
  • Maintain accurate time costing procedures
  • Implement recommendations made by your supervisor
  • Ensure compliance with file management
Key Skills:
  • Demonstrate passion and experience in Clinical Negligence matters
  • Strong academic background with a Law degree
