Selling Partner Representative

As a Selling Partner at John Lewis Partnership, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and acting as an ambassador for our values. You will be empowered to seek out opportunities to achieve the right outcomes for our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance to customers on our products, from washing machines to womenswear, and equip them with the skills and knowledge to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Proactively engage with customers on the shop floor to help them find and fall in love with our products, turning customer conversations into sales.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and managers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Continuously improve the way we work, seeking out opportunities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Previous experience of selling, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A passion for selling and a desire to provide exceptional customer service.
