Job Title: Linen Porter

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Linen Porter to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Oxford Belfry. As a Linen Porter, you will be responsible for ensuring that hotel public areas and guest rooms are clean and well-maintained, and that linen is stored, delivered, and available during the housekeeping rota'd hours.

The Role:
  • Ensure hotel public areas and guest rooms are clean and well-maintained
  • Store, deliver, and manage linen supplies
  • Report any shortfalls or issues with linen or cleaning supplies
  • Work collaboratively with the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar or self-managed role in hotel housekeeping
  • Operational experience of four-star standards
  • Good time management skills
  • High attention to detail

DoubleTree by Hilton Oxford Belfry is a 4*, 154-bedroom property located in Thame, just outside Oxford and within close proximity to the Cotswolds. Our hotel features the Spires restaurant and bar & lounge area, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, tennis courts, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
