About the Role

The GAP Group Limited is seeking a skilled Heavy Goods Vehicle Driver to join our Plant and Tool division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and collecting hire equipment to and from customer sites in a timely and professional manner.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of driving experience in a similar environment, with a strong focus on safety and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving licence, experience in towing, and a digital tachograph card. They will also have a good understanding of Health & Safety protocols and be able to follow guidelines in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loading, delivery, and collection of hire equipment to and from customer sites
  • Carrying out hire equipment demonstrations and ensuring all relevant checks and administration are completed accurately
  • Working safely and responsibly within the law at all times
