About Our Role

Lendscape is a leading technology provider to the global secured finance market, dedicated to helping financial institutions unlock cash flow and provide enhanced lending experiences for their SME customers through innovative technology.

Our Asset Finance solution underpins the secured lending offerings of over 120 banks and finance providers worldwide, with regional offices in London, California, and Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer-facing consulting and support services across activities related to our Asset Finance solution.
  • Manage open tickets, provide SME knowledge, and triage issues and defects raised by customers.
  • Take a senior role in BAU services or implementation work streams, ensuring on-time delivery and on-budget.
  • Work with our Asset Finance Engineering team to ensure the development and support services of the Asset Finance product are delivered to customers on a timely and quality basis.
Requirements
  • Two years or more experience in Asset Finance, with expert knowledge of key agreement management back-office processes and functions.
  • Hands-on experience delivering projects in a client-facing role in an Asset Finance system implementation.
  • Proven experience in one or more implementation activities, including discovery workshops, business configuration, test management, finance configuration/testing, integration, and migration.
Skills and Competencies
  • Self-motivated and proactive, escalating to managers and senior team members when required.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across written, verbal, and presentation formats to various audiences.
  • Effective use of collaboration tools to facilitate communication and distributed collaboration.
