Job Title: Primary School Teacher
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join our team at Step Teachers. As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons to students in Year 3.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lesson Planning and Delivery: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the needs of students in Year 3.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment, ensuring the effective use and storage of equipment.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with other members of staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Assessment and Feedback: Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Implementation: Adhere to the school's policies and procedures, ensuring the reliable implementation of these.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
- Curriculum Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
- Experience: Recent experience as a Primary level Teacher.
- Classroom Management: Good level of classroom and behavior management.
