Job Summary
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each individual receives the support they need to thrive.
Your Responsibilities
- Empower individuals to make informed decisions about their lives and support them to access their communities for socialization, employment, training, or friendships.
- Develop daily living skills and contribute to the development and implementation of individual care plans.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with individuals, their family members, and external professionals.
- Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support.
