Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a Degree in Building Surveying and hold a Full driving license. Your ability to conduct thorough building surveyor inspections, including schedules of dilapidations, PPMs, condition surveys, and defect analysis, will be essential in delivering exceptional results.

In addition to your technical skills, you will act as the primary building surveyor on projects from inception to completion, liaising with team members and stakeholders. You will also prepare specifications and documents for project tenders and cost estimation.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
