We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our marketing team at CMB Group Ltd as a Digital Marketing Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies, to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms to foster a strong online presence.
  • Assist in managing the company's website, including content updates and analytics monitoring, to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and customer preferences, informing data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Support email marketing initiatives by designing newsletters and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.
  • Monitor online presence and engagement, responding to comments and messages as needed to maintain a positive brand image.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on special projects and initiatives, promoting a culture of teamwork and innovation.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks related to marketing activities, ensuring efficient workflow and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics, including Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and present complex ideas effectively.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box, generating innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and PPC strategies, with a solid understanding of search engine optimization principles and pay-per-click advertising methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies quickly.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.
