Learning Disabilities Service Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Service Manager to join our team in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
About the Role- Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
- Hours: Full-Time
- Contract: Permanent
- Shifts: 40 hours a week
- Location: Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Support Workers to deliver person-centered care and support
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of individuals
- Manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including families and external agencies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Contribute to the development of the service and the organization as a whole
Requirements:
- QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Previous experience as a Deputy or Service Manager
- Must be resilient and able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
- Drivers are essential due to the nature of the role
