Job Description

At Rook Matthews Sayer, part of The Connells Group, we are seeking a highly motivated Branch Administrator to support our team in Morpeth. As a Branch Administrator, you will be responsible for office administration, accurately and efficiently, within a busy customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with administrative duties, including uploading property details onto major property portals.
  • Deal with customer enquiries both in branch and over the phone.
  • Maintain office expenditure within budgeted levels.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possessing experience as an Administrator/Secretary or similar role.
  • Customer-focused and comfortable in a client-facing role.
  • Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
