Job Title: Head of Sustainable Business Development

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive sustainable business growth, leveraging expertise in ESG, market trends, and competitor analysis.

About the Role:

This is an outstanding opportunity to develop and execute a comprehensive sustainable business strategy, integrating ESG considerations into all aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sustainable business strategies that drive commercial outcomes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver research and findings on sustainable business models, market trends, and competitor analysis.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, showcasing achievements and best practices in sustainable business development.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate ESG considerations into business planning, decision-making, and reporting.
  • Report directly to the CEO, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of ESG principles and their application in business settings.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability initiatives, with a focus on commercial outcomes.
  • Managerial or mentorship experience is desirable, with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Based in London, with a minimum of two days in the office, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
