Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth progression of property sales. As a Sales Progressor, you will be the key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the home buying process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register client details and maintain accurate records
  • Chase key stakeholders, including mortgage advisers, solicitors, and surveyors, to ensure timely completion of the sale
  • Gather required documents, including identification, mortgage agreements, and insurance policies
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions

Requirements

  • Demonstrable track record of success in an administrative role
  • Knowledge of the home buying process and estate agency/residential lettings industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a reputation for doing so

What We Offer

  • Basic annual salary between £17,500 and £22,000 (dependent on experience)
