Job Overview
This role is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the smooth progression of property sales. As a Sales Progressor, you will be the key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and guidance throughout the home buying process.
Key Responsibilities
- Register client details and maintain accurate records
- Chase key stakeholders, including mortgage advisers, solicitors, and surveyors, to ensure timely completion of the sale
- Gather required documents, including identification, mortgage agreements, and insurance policies
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions
Requirements
- Demonstrable track record of success in an administrative role
- Knowledge of the home buying process and estate agency/residential lettings industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a reputation for doing so
What We Offer
- Basic annual salary between £17,500 and £22,000 (dependent on experience)
