HVAC Engineer Job in Kent

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to join our client's team in the Kent area. As a leading HVAC company, they offer a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding, and repair of HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF's, Split Units, Chillers, AHUs, and Cold Rooms.
  • Conduct fault finding and diagnostic work to identify and resolve issues.
  • Work with a range of HVAC equipment and systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Apprenticeship served within the air conditioning industry (not essential).
  • Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent.
  • 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas) certification.
  • Full Driving Licence.
  • Proven experience in servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems.
  • Live in the Kent region.
Benefits:
  • Basic Salary flexible DOE.
  • Company Van - Optional Personal Use of the vehicle.
  • Profit share scheme applicable after 12 months' service - Up to 3,600 tax free.
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x.
  • 40 hour working week, travel paid after 30 mins each way.
  • On call allowance (1 in 4/5, 1,200 guaranteed - if called out Travel Paid door to door).
  • Pension.
  • 22 days' holidays plus bank holidays this will increase to 25 days after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years.
  • Company uniform, phone & PDA.
