Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled VRF Senior Sales Executive to join our Building Technologies and Solutions business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the VRF / Chiller / Heat Pump market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow the VRF / Chiller / Heat Pump business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including end-users, specifiers, and contractors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including product-driven sales and cross-selling
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
- Provide technical expertise and support to customers, including product training and technical assistance
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the VRF / Chiller / Heat Pump market, with a strong track record of sales growth and customer acquisition
- Technical knowledge of HVAC systems and products, with a degree-level education or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Location flexibility, with a preference for the Midlands or South region
