Join Our Team at Dowding Vets

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Dowding Vets in Lincolnshire. As a 100% small animal practice, we offer a supportive and collaborative environment where you can thrive in your career.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong focus on medicine and surgery, with a minimum of 4 years of veterinary experience. You will be working alongside a dedicated team of 10 vets and 12 nurses, with flexible options available for full or part-time positions.

We offer a competitive salary up to £60,000, a 4-day week, and no OOHRS. You will also enjoy a great work-life balance, with only 2 in 5 Saturdays until 1 pm. Our benefits package includes generous holiday allowance, enhanced leave/pay, health cover, and career growth opportunities.
