They will also be able to prepare and maintain project-level CDM compliance strategies and undertake due diligence of the Principal Designer role across projects.

A relevant professional qualification such as NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK) or equivalent is essential, along with a construction-related qualification to a minimum of HNC. Experience of working on diverse portfolios of non-domestic assets and possessing a recognised professional qualification such as Chartered Engineer, Chartered Architect, or Chartered Building Surveyor is desirable.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £42,000 - £58,000, depending on experience. In addition to the competitive salary, employees enjoy 26 days' annual leave plus 12.5 public holidays and a pension scheme with Strathclyde Pension Fund.
