Job Overview

This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment, including HP Indigo 6k Presses, and be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate HP Indigo 6k Presses according to standard operating procedures.
  • Manage individual printing tasks efficiently to meet specific deadlines.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that all printed products meet the necessary specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality of printing equipment.
  • Operate a pallet truck to move, load, and unload materials.
  • Engage in training programs to enhance technical skills.
  • Maintain effective communication with the print & production department and team members.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace.
Requirements
  • Fully trained and qualified Print Operator with experience working with HP Indigo 6k Presses or similar technology.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork.
  • Proven record of self-motivation, punctuality, and good attendance.
  • Full driving licence essential for flexibility and occasional weekend work during peak periods.
Benefits
  • Competitive hourly rate: £13.00 per hour.

Working Arrangements
  • 8-hour shift system: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, on a weekly rotating basis.
