We are recruiting Nightshift Autism Practitioners to join our supported living service. As a Nightshift Autism Practitioner, you will work alongside the Senior Autism Practitioner and team members to develop personalised support plans. You will be responsible for providing high-quality support to individuals with autism, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualised support plans to meet the needs of individuals with autism
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals with autism to promote their independence and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Autism Practitioner and team members to ensure high-quality support is provided
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive team culture

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with individuals with autism
  • Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
