Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Safety Assurance Administrator to join our Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) team. The successful candidate will support the development and implementation of effective systems to manage data, ensuring the competence of those working for or on behalf of Trinity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Trinity procedures for verifying and assuring technical competencies of those working for or on behalf of Trinity.
  • Request, collate, and manage data confirming levels of competency of those working on the contract.
  • Prepare management information and reports for confirmation of levels of compliance.
  • Facilitate and support the delivery of induction training for all LDP operational teams.
  • Liaise with training providers to verify data provided by the LDP's.
  • Undertake checks on the data provided by the LDP's to verify accuracy.


Requirements:

  • Experience of dealing with and managing a broad range of requirements.
  • Able to develop clear systems and procedures for the collection and management of information.
