Job Title: Digital Portfolio Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Portfolio Lead to join our team at Antony James Recruitment Ltd. As a Digital Portfolio Lead, you will be responsible for curating and elevating content that empowers decision-makers in the data center industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Channel Management: Foster an engaged community through impactful content and innovative social media strategies.
* Research and Programme Development: Develop high-quality agendas based on in-depth market insights, ensuring broadcasts are rich with thought leadership and best practices.
* Speaker Acquisition and Management: Identify and recruit top-tier industry experts, cultivating a robust network of contacts.
* Deadline Management: Consistently produce broadcasts to market-leading standards, meeting all KPIs within stipulated timelines.
* Social Marketing: Spearhead social media campaigns, creating engaging content to boost visibility.
* Broadcast Stream Management: Ensure seamless production, meticulously preparing all materials and troubleshooting issues.
* Moderation of Sessions: Moderate virtual presentations and live panels, crafting insightful questions that enhance the audience experience.
* Team Support: Collaborate closely with sponsorship sales, marketing, and operations teams to maximize channel quality and profitability.

Requirements:

* A university degree (2:1 or above) and over two years of experience in conference or content production.
* A digital-first mindset, passion for understanding the tech sector, and experience in EMEA, NAM, and APAC markets.
* Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, enabling you to juggle multiple tasks and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
* A keen eye for detail and outstanding writing abilities, with a focus on excellence and market-leading standards.
