About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Room Attendant at one of our leading hotel partners. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional cleanliness and hospitality standards to our guests.

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including bathrooms and bedrooms.
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding promptly to their requests.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for guests, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
