Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Manager to join our team at William H Brown. As a Senior Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of lettings professionals and providing an exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of lettings professionals to achieve sales and lettings targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
  • Manage and maintain a profitable and well-organized office
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new business
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lettings management, preferably in a residential setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Full UK driving license
