**Lettings Administrator Job Overview**
Pear Recruitment is seeking a skilled Lettings Administrator to join our team in Teddington. As a Lettings Administrator, you will play a vital role in managing the day-to-day activities of our lettings business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the administration of lettings properties, including maintaining records and preparing reports.
- Support the lettings team in the management of viewings, liaising with landlords and tenants as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring they receive a high level of support throughout the lettings process.
- Conduct property viewings and provide feedback to landlords and tenants.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
- Strong administrative skills, with experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license and own car, essential for property viewings and meetings.
- Proactive and flexible approach to work.
