About the Role:
We are seeking a Community Care Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that offers a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour (equivalent to £23,796 per annum based on 40 hours/week). The role will involve supporting people in their daily lives, promoting independence, and enhancing overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting individuals in their homes and local communities
- Assisting with daily tasks, such as personal care and household chores
- Facilitating access to community resources and services
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid driving licence
- No prior healthcare experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training
