Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Specialist to join our team at HS2. This role will involve supporting the Stations Project Manager in delivering construction contracts within an Integrated Project Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assist the Project Manager in reviewing and accepting programme schedules.
  • To manage and monitor contract performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • To develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including HS2 and Supply Chain resources.
  • To actively promote and embed Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) principles in all work.
Requirements
  • Project management experience, preferably in infrastructure projects.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Knowledge of project management techniques, including risk, contingency, cost, schedule, and scope management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The salary for this position is £32,050 - £37,700 per annum, depending on skills and experience. In addition, we offer a flexible benefits fund of 15% paid on top of the base salary, fully pensionable.
