Key Responsibilities
- Help the people we support to participate in leisure and social activities, as well as celebrate special occasions.
- Lead the team to communicate effectively with individuals who have different communication needs.
- Engage in learning and development opportunities to ensure training compliance levels are met and maintained.
- Assist in creating a safe and supportive environment for individuals to thrive.
