- Follow established delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely delivery of parcels.
- Provide exceptional customer service to recipients and senders, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in the warehouse, particularly with loading and unloading in the bays.
- A valid UK driver's license is essential.
- Ability to pass a driving assessment is mandatory.
- Strong communication and customer service skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Physical ability to manually load and unload vehicles is required.
- Flexibility to work 5-6 shifts per week, including weekends, is essential.
