Gym Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and flexible individual to join our team as a Part-Time Duty Manager at The Mill Hill Education Group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the gym and sports industry.
Job Description- Manage the day-to-day operations of the gym, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
- Book gym users into the facilities, deal with customer enquiries, and set up equipment and facilities for bookings.
- Ensure accurate pool testing and maintenance in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid First Aid certificate and training.
- Experience working in a gym or sports centre environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This role offers a competitive salary (£25,000 - £30,000 per annum) and a range of benefits, including:
