About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team at iQuant Solutions.

  • This is a varied and challenging role that involves providing administrative support to the Director and the management team, as well as managing the payroll of 4 locations across Europe.
  • Responsibilities will also include supporting with bookkeeping and account payables and receivables, organizing meetings, travel, and accommodations for the firm, and organizing company events.
  • Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for diary management for the management team, management of external communications, and support with hiring processes.

Key Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a business administrative role, with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to communicate clearly and to understand the internal process, with a team player mentality and eagerness to learn and improve workflows.
  • Fluency in English is required, with other EU languages a plus.
  • Must be eligible to work in the EU or the UK.
