**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join our team at Lavoro Talent Solutions. As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for leading our electrical department and overseeing the delivery of electrical services to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the electrical department and ensure the delivery of high-quality electrical services to clients
* Develop and implement electrical testing and remedial strategies within the public sector
* Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and build strong relationships
* Manage and motivate a team of electrical professionals to achieve departmental goals
* Ensure compliance with relevant electrical regulations and standards, including BS 7671

**Requirements:**

* Strong knowledge of electrical testing and remedials within the public sector
* Experience of working within the public sector
* Previous experience of electrical testing and remedials - maintenance and installation
* Extensive understanding of the current edition of BS 7671 relevant to the range of electrical work undertaken
* Ability to converse and meet with clients, understand their requirements, and build excellent rapport
* Self-motivated with ability to work on own initiative
* Good IT skills

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 18th Edition, IET Wiring Regulations BS 7671
* Minimum of 3 years experience in an Electrical Contracts Manager role
* 2391 or equivalent in test & inspection
