Project Manager Construction Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major residential development project in North London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects and will be responsible for overseeing the project from pre-construction to completion.

The project involves the development of a £120m residential-led, new build, 300 unit scheme in Willesden. The successful candidate will work closely with the client and the project team to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and will have a strong background in project management, with experience of leading teams and managing budgets. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the project team to deliver the project on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including identifying and mitigating risks
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
