Business Development Manager

As a key member of the Wesco team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand market share.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
