### Job Title: Credit and Collections Manager

### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit and Collections Manager to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As a key member of our accounting and finance department, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the credit control team's activities, implementing and improving debt recovery processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and procedures.

### Key Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate the credit control team's activities to ensure efficient and effective debt recovery processes.
* Implement and improve debt recovery processes to minimize outstanding debts and maximize cash flow.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures to maintain a high level of integrity and transparency.
* Manage customer credit files and maintain accurate records to ensure timely and effective debt recovery.
* Report on collection activities and outstanding debts to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
* Contribute to the overall goals of the accounting and finance department by providing expert advice and guidance.

### Requirements

* Prior experience as a team leader in the credit control area, with a proven track record of success.
* Excellent knowledge of credit control procedures and regulations, with the ability to stay up-to-date with changes and developments.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
