Job Overview

Grown Alchemist seeks a seasoned commercial professional to spearhead the growth of our retail and commercial presence in the UK and Australia.

This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for skincare and wellness.

We are looking for someone with experience in a retail or commercial support role within the beauty, wellness, or luxury sectors, possessing strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in commercial reporting and data analysis.

This role involves managing commercial accounts, developing educational initiatives, and supporting the brand's presence in retail spaces.

You will be responsible for product setup, offer management, and inventory maintenance, as well as analyzing sales performance and promotional effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Commercial Account Management: Oversee the operational setup and maintenance of products, offers, and retail accounts.
  • Weekly Reporting: Collaborate with the Commercial team to compile and analyze weekly commercial reports.
  • Account Onboarding: Lead the setup process for new retail, amenity, and corporate accounts in the UK and Australia.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, problem-solve, and make informed decisions. They will also be willing to travel within the UK for retail support and account visits.

Estimated Salary: £62,500 - £82,500 per annum, depending on experience.
