About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team at Cardinal Pole Catholic School as a Faith Community Developer. As a key member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in promoting the school's Catholic ethos and supporting the spiritual development of our students.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Catholic values and principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and staff to ensure that our students receive a rich and inclusive education.

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree in Theology, Education, or related field
  • Proven experience in educational settings, preferably in a faith-based context
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and senior leaders
  • Strong understanding of Catholic values and principles
