Job Summary

We are looking for a Care Assistant to provide support to vulnerable individuals in their own homes. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping. You will also be required to follow individual care plans and work closely with our care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Support clients with meal preparation and housekeeping tasks
  • Follow individual care plans and work closely with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements

We are looking for a Care Assistant who is compassionate, resilient, and able to work independently. You will need to be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and be able to work flexibly to meet the needs of our clients. You will also need to be able to follow individual care plans and work closely with the care team to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.
