Financial Services Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Leadership Role to join our team at AJ Bell Management Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for supporting the firm's wider CASS function by providing regular audit status updates, undertaking root cause and trend analysis, and assisting in the delivery of training to operational teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing management information and tracking audit actions through to closure.
  • Supporting the firm's wider CASS function.
  • Delivering training to operational teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, and good understanding of financial services.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum.
