Randstad is seeking an experienced Education Support Specialist to join their team in providing exceptional support to learners with severe and complex needs.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for a dedicated individual to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children. As an Education Support Specialist, you will work closely with teachers to support the learning objectives and provide one-to-one, small group, and whole-class support to learners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, preferably with experience working with students with special educational needs. You will be responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and development.
Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one, small group, and whole-class support to learners
- Work with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans
- Support learners with severe and complex needs
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Eligibility to work in the UK
We offer a competitive salary of £22,500 - £25,000 per annum, plus access to on-site training and professional development. Our school provides a supportive and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for career advancement.
