Academic Department Head

William College is seeking an experienced Academic Department Head to lead our academic department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the setup and operations of our campus in accordance with our directives.
This is a key role that requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. The ideal candidate will have experience in educational management, preferably in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Academic Management:
- Lead and manage a team of academic staff to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and achieve academic excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective campus operations and student welfare.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of academic staff, providing constructive feedback and support.

- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and training of academic staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective team management and communication.
