Business Growth Specialist

MCS Group is a leading provider of construction and civil engineering services, and we are excited to partner with a top client to recruit a Business Growth Specialist.
This role represents a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and ambitious professional to expand business opportunities across the UK, Europe, and the USA, while contributing to a team dedicated to delivering high-quality and innovative solutions.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Researching and identifying new clients and key decision-makers within the construction and civils sectors.
- Developing strategic plans to engage prospective clients and nurture existing relationships.
- Preparing and presenting tailored proposals, presentations, and pitches.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to uncover new growth opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A background in business development, ideally within construction or civil engineering.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility and a willingness to travel as required.
