As a Senior Civils Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the integration of the Civils scope of work from the design into the construction stage and managing the interfaces with other disciplines on the project.

About the Role:

  1. Experience working on civils projects, with a strong understanding of contracts and providing support to the commercial team in managing costs and maximizing engineering efficiencies.
  2. MEng/BEng/Foundation Degree/BTEC/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  3. Mentoring Project and Assistant Engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  4. Writing tender scope, technical specifications for Civils engineering works, and ensuring that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:

  • CSCS certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex engineering issues.
